TEDEX Gear Off Road Line 80W90 is a multi-grade oil for vehicle transmission boxes, based on top quality mineral, hydrotreated base oils and the latest generation package of improvers, including lead-free additives of EP (extreme pressure) properties.
Application
TEDEX Gear Off Road Line 80W90 is specifically designed for Powershift gear boxes, powertrains, wet brakes, bridges and differential gears in off-road vehicles. Intended for lubrication of heavy-duty vehicle transmission boxes: gear boxes, rear bridges and other components. This oil is highly recommended for lubrication of hypoid gears operating in the most difficult conditions.
TEDEX Gear Off Road Line 80W90 oils are interchangeable and can be mixed with other oils of a GL-5 quality class as per API and other domestic and foreign manufactures.
Performance Selection of proper raw materials ensures excellent performance of TEDEX Gear Off Road Line 80W90:
- anti-wear and EP (extreme pressure) properties reducing wear of mating elements and ensuring transmission of heavy loads, - anti-oxidising properties for a long service life of oils,
- anti-foaming properties preventing the formation of foam which may deteriorate lubrication of the transmission box,
- anti-corrosion and anti-rust properties for effective protection of transmission box elements from corrosion and rust,
- viscosity and temperature properties for proper lubrication of the transmission box in the whole temperature range.
