Asphalt separating oil Manufactured on the basis of highly refined mineral oils with a selection of anti-corrosion, anti-adhesion emulsifiers that mix well with water.

designed for producing separating emulsion to eliminate asphalt mix adhesion to metal surfaces of asphalt transporting vehicles and road machinery, e.g. for lubricating dump truck boxes, working parts of pavers, rollers, etc. Used as water-based emulsion for cooling and preventing asphalt mix adhesion. Recommended emulsion concentration: 5%. To produce the emulsion, add emulsifier oil to water in small portions at 15-25°C, stirring vigorously. Always add oil to water and not vice versa!
