Multifunctional oil for guides, composed of refined mineral oil and a selection of additives to ensure appropriate friction properties necessary to comply with the requirements of Cincinnati – Milacron P-50, P-53 and P-47. These oils are resistant to leaching caused by cooling and lubricating fluids and soluble processing oils. Helps reduce lubricant consumption and occurrence of undesirable oil mixes.
Application
For lubricating all types of chainsaw and machining guides, specifically:
KV 46 and KV 68 guide oil – for lubricating horizontal and vertical sliding guides for moderate temperature and moderate/medium load service;
KV 220 guide oil – for lubricating horizontal and vertical guides and precision guides in high temperature and high load service. TEDEX KV guide oils ensure proper performance of guides, with special emphasis on the right friction characteristics and elimination of stick-slip effect.
