Multifunctional guide oil obtained from refined mineral oil and a selected package of improvers, ensuring appropriate friction characteristics, necessary to meet the requirements of the Cincinnati specification - Milacron P-50, P-53 and P-47. These oils are resistant to washing out by cooling lubricants and soluble machining oils. They contribute to the reduction of lubricant consumption and reduce the formation of undesirable oil mixtures.
Application
For lubricating all types of chainsaw and machining guides, specifically:
KV 46 and KV 68 guide oil – for lubricating horizontal and vertical sliding guides for moderate temperature and moderate/medium load service;
KV 220 guide oil – for lubricating horizontal and vertical guides and precision guides in high temperature and high load service. TEDEX KV guide oils ensure proper performance of guides, with special emphasis on the right friction characteristics and elimination of stick-slip effect.
