TEDEX Synthetic Gear Off Road Line 75W140 is a synthetic, multi-grade oil for vehicle transmission boxes, based on top quality synthetic base oils and the latest generation package of improvers, including lead-free additives of EP (extreme pressure) properties.
Application
TEDEX Synthetic Gear Off Road Line 75W140 is designed for lubrication of heavy-duty transmission boxes of motor off-road vehicles. This oil is highly recommended for lubrication of hypoid gears operating in the most difficult conditions. Ensures excellent protection against wear, both at extreme high and low temperatures. It forms a durable oil film even under heavy-duty conditions. TEDEX Synthetic Gear Off Road Line 75W140 is interchangeable and can be mixed with other oils of a GL-5 quality class as per API and other domestic and foreign manufacturers.

Performance Selection of proper raw materials ensures excellent performance of TEDEX Synthetic Gear Off Road Line 75W140:
 - anti-wear and and EP (extreme pressure) properties reducing wear of mating elements and ensuring transmission of heavy loads, - anti-oxidising properties for a long service life of oils,

-  anti -foaming properties preventing the formation of foam which may deteriorate lubrication of the transmission box, - anti-corrosion and anti-rust properties for effective protection of transmission box elements from corrosion and rust,

- viscosity and temperature properties ensuring proper lubrication of the transmission box in the whole temperature range and high liquidity at low temperatures for easier gear shifting when the gearbox is cold,

- 140 viscosity grade provides excellent resistance of an oil film at high temperatures and reduces the noise level of the gearbox,

- higher resistance to oxygen and high temperatures resulting in less intensive ageing processes contributing to the extension of a service life without necessary replacement.
